i have some coming up now from my bantam they come out of a very dark coloured brown hen she had a lemon breast and lemon neck colour the chicks from her and my good brown now have yellow partridge, and the pullets have partridge colour but have yellow breast

Hi Galaxie, I have not heard of any Yellow Partridge Leghorns around but there is an article/photo's on the British Leghorn Club site. @ You could also contact one of our site members Keith Ashley or Eric Rosolen on [email protected] Eric dables in most colours. Or post a note in our forum page "Fowl Language". As for Alf Woods maybe contact our secretary Ken Bergin listed on our secretary page.

I would like to breed yellow partridge leghorns but have only seen this colour in oeg many years ago,and is Alf Woods still with us?Cheers
